Service

This free service prepares existing text and supported Word documents for sharing or reuse with reviewed replacements and template fields. It does not provide legal advice, assess contract validity, or protect an original already uploaded to ChatGPT.

Your review

Detection may miss identifiers or select information that should remain. Inspect replacement decisions and contextual clues before sharing an export. No guarantee of anonymity, complete detection, legal compliance or suitability of a template is made. Substantive terms remain unless you select them as fields.

Supported files

Word exports remove identity metadata and external hyperlink destinations while retaining displayed text. Images, embedded objects, charts, macros and other uninspected carriers may be rejected. The interface discloses supported changes. Keep your original separately.

Authorized use

Submit only documents you are authorized to process and share. Do not use the service to forge identities or records, evade lawful obligations, or misrepresent the content of a document. Processing does not give the publisher permission to use documents for marketing or model training.

Availability and retention

Reviews expire after 15 minutes and can disappear after a restart. Free hosting may be unavailable, reclaimed or discontinued. There is no uptime commitment. There is no subscription, purchase or usage charge through this service. Download and retain results you need. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
